Returns and Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, but we understand that exchanges may occasionally be necessary. Below is our detailed policy:
Refunds
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds except in the case of items arriving damaged.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must provide proof (photos and/or videos) on the day you receive the item. If you fail to contact us on the same day, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Size Adjustments:
• If the size you ordered is too big or too small, we will check if we have the size you need.
• If the size is in stock:
• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs both to and from our facility.
• If the size is not in stock:
• You may exchange for a similar item of equal value, provided we have your size in stock.
• If there is a price difference, you will be responsible for covering the additional cost.
2. Unavailable Options:
• If we do not have your size in stock and you do not like any alternative items available, no refund or exchange will be provided, as all options will have been exhausted.
3. Deadline for Exchanges:
• You must contact us on the day you receive the item to request an exchange. If you contact us 2-3 days later or beyond, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
4. Item Condition:
• For any exchange, the item must be returned in resellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
5. Item Quality
• If you are not happy with the quality, no refund, return, or exchange will be provided as you are able to see and test the quality before purchasing.
Lastly, please try to order the correct size in order to reduce hassle as much as possible.
